Please help!

I know what each of the 4 halloween collectables are and where to get them and what they do (I have them) BUT

what else is there? Pumpkin head helmets oooohhh yeah, how do I get that for sure, and is there anything else???

And I know what the frog is (oh wise frog), but what is Gaile (saw someone say something about Gaile and the Frog)
